Had a great experience this morning with central one towing! Rashad was incredibly helpful and careful with my car. He also communicated really well and showed up when he said he would. Great company, with great staff. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a tow.
These guys did amazing! They were able to tow the car despite not having a key, hard workers who didn’t give up and they are very much appreciated, specifically Rashad.
Exceptional service!!! During a routine oil change I realized my oil pan was stripped & had to call for a tow. This was adding to what was already a very frustrating day. Once my car was attached to the tow truck, I realized my back tire was running a little flat. I mentioned it to Rashad, the driver, and he graciously offered to stop by a gas station and fill it up for me on his way to the mechanic. Once my car was dropped off he called to let me know he filled the tire and that everything was taken care of. He was kind, worked quickly, and had great follow through. 10/10 would call Central One/Rashad again!
